The outdoor pool area amongst tropical gardens is beautiful.
The breakfast lacked variety, and the coffee was substandard. Most frustrating was the absence of complimentary drinks during dinner. I expected at least some hospitality. Parking was a hassle.

The staff are friendly, everyone. It was truly a nice stay. Reasonable base for vacation in Santa Brigida.

I think it's a hotel with a lot of potential. The design is not its strong point but it has good facilities (garden and pool) and a good staff willing to help and close. In addition, they comply in cleaning, which is essential.
I was a bit disappointed as I expected higher quality mattresses and pillows, were quite uncomfortable, at breakfast (frozen bread!! I think they should take more care of details: the bathroom blind was dirty/molded, curtains were stained, curtain rod was bent and bathroom door hit the toilet; we were surprised to find the remains of a room service tray on the stairs that, after several hours, was still there. Finally, even if we chose a standard room, I think they could improve the aesthetics of the installation area, to which we had a "wonderful" view and you could hear a continuous noise in the background. I'm afraid I wouldn't repeat myself, as it fails in an essential aspect such as the quality of the mattresses.

Fairly clean place with splendid view over the garden of the hotel. A nice size and well-appointed room, fairly clean bathroom with a bathtub. Comfortable beds, peaceful and absolutely perfect location by lovely gardens. Good food in the restaurants such as Restaurante Satautey, located 5 min away. A good stay of year February.

Truly enjoyed its very, very nice and courteous staff.
The breakfasts were absolutely excellent and plentiful with gluten free bread and pineapple juice, as example and excellent service. My queen room had multi-channel TV, a study table, and a radio.

The charming outdoor pool area was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring, and enjoying a three-course dinner for just 10 euros was an excellent surprise.

A fine hotel with good ambiance and an excellent restaurant. We stayed 1 winter-week in room 205, second floor twin-room with small balcony and view to the very well kept garden. Everything was fine as it should be in a 4-star hotel, f.i. good (rather firm, but comfortable) beds. Nice, clean, well functioning bathroom. When you order this hotel be aware, that we are 7-800 m. above sea level and a bit in the mountains. This means temperature 3-4 degrees below Las Palmas. Be also aware, that there is about 25 minutes busjourney (bus 2-3 times per hour) to Las Palmas. And equally in taxi to the airport. In the small town of Lentiscal (the hotel is not in Santa Brigida) there are 2-3 acceptable restaurants - the best is O Sole Mio (italian).
Everything perfect, but if you want advise about the restaurants in Lentiscal try to ask more receptionists of their personal experience. They might differ. And at breakfast - it is strange, that some days you could not get milk og black bread (the german, nordic type). Maybe the chief buyer should look at this.

Nice hotel.Clean and comfortable room. Quiet, if room is situated at the back of the hotel.
Very limited parking. Despite the fact that the hotel is connected to a school limited language skills of the restaurant staff, no younger staff at reception, restaurant....is there a link with a school? Would like to see more youngsters.

We loved the garden view room, super spacious and comfy. But parking was a hassle and breakfast could've had more variety. We had a sweet stay!

we were not pleased to see that some people (guests) took (were stealing!!) things (food, fruit and juices in little bottels) and put this in their bag. Probably to have a picknick at noon! And it were not the young once this thime ...

The hotel was situated up lots of steps which took it way from the busy road. The staff were welcoming and helpful, but not intrusive. There was a good sized open area in front of the entrance with places to sit.
I found my bed not the comfiest ever. Next time I would ask for a room not next to a lift. Though it was not often used, it was noisy.
